-some statues will have a seam line from the mold. The seam line or lines aren’t considered a defect of the item
-some statues will have small air holes. Every statue is different and we do our best to keep them to a minimum.
-all Statuary can be painted, we recommend exterior latex paint and adding a clear coat after painting

-if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue

-if you want to return the item, buyer is responsible for the return shipping expense. The item must be returned in the same condition.

Any item may be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, a refund of the purchase price only-shipping not included, will be returned to buyer upon the receipt of the undamaged item. Buyer pays for return postage. Also, if any item is returned due to improper shipping address on the buyer's behalf, the buyer pays for the postage.
Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the package. A photo of the damaged item plus the original box and packing material is needed in order to start your claim. A return shipping label shall be provided, and a refund will be initiated once the damaged item is returned.
